What this website is

Information about a small residential care home, and a form for asking whether it might suit your family. Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here is an offer of a room. Whether Cryst Cares can meet a particular person's needs is a nursing judgement made after an assessment, and we may decline for reasons of care, capacity, or fit.

Room availability shown on this site reflects our best knowledge at the time of your visit. It can change between your reading it and your contacting us.

Rates

Any rate discussed on this site or by phone is an estimate until it is confirmed in a signed agreement. Cryst Cares is private pay; we do not accept Medicaid, long-term care insurance, or VA benefits as payment.

Messaging terms

Program. When you tick the consent box on our inquiry form, Cryst Cares may contact you by phone call, SMS text message, and email about your inquiry — to answer questions, arrange a tour, and follow up about a room.

Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation. Most families exchange a handful of messages.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your carrier may.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (726) 229-9348.

Consent is never a condition. Agreeing to messages is not a condition of care, of a tour, or of any purchase. You can ask us to contact you by email or phone only.

We do not sell or share your number. Mobile information and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. See our privacy policy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using the site

Don't submit false information, other people's details without their permission, or anything unlawful. Don't attempt to disrupt the site. Please don't send medical records through the form — bring those to the tour or share them by phone.

Our content

The text, photographs, and design of this site belong to Cryst Care Home LLC or are licensed to it. Some photographs are licensed stock images used to illustrate a home setting.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Cryst Care Home LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
